I don’t usually need much prompting to extol the many virtues of this brilliant, vibrant gal, and today is no different – its her [...] Silly Haiku Wednesday Welcome to “Silly Haiku Wednesday!” The basics: Haiku is simple! It is 3 non-rhyming lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively (a great way to use your fingers!) This week’s theme is: FreeStyle – your choice My submission for this week: Knarf, John-Boy, ShaMoo My name is Jenn, and… I’m an addict. It’s pretty serious. Not quite sure what to do. I mean… the fact that it’s going to be another several days before the group gets together to rehearse again is making me positively weak with frustration! What’s wrong with me? Surely I have a life, and can fill my time [...] This is what it’s doing here today… *sigh*… but wait! My back yard… and my group! This is a rehearsal recording (meaning I stuck a cheap recorder in front of one speaker while we were rehearsing) of ShaMoo, myself, and 2 of our closest friends singing “Let it Snow”. Our first major concert as a quartet is [...] ShaMoo and I performed in a concert last night with the group we sing with. The music for this concert was everything we hoped it would be, and the audience was very appreciative. I came away euphoric, and bone weary! I love the energy that goes into our performances.
