This is what it’s doing here today… *sigh*… but wait!
My back yard… and my group! This is a rehearsal recording (meaning I stuck a cheap recorder in front of one speaker while we were rehearsing) of ShaMoo, myself, and 2 of our closest friends singing “Let it Snow”.
Our first major concert as a quartet is on Saturday…! Butterflies!
We’re having the concert recorded, so hopefully I’ll have some full length pieces to share with you soon!

How pretty! You know, some of us never get to see snow like that. Come on now, I am from Louisiana and have spent the past 3 years in Hawaii… I can count the number of times I have seen that white stuff on one hand!!

I couldn’t help but note the bended harmony as a counter point to the one lone female singer. At first it struck me as odd, then I decided that I liked it. Was that planned?

That’s lovely, I’m so jealous if your ability to sing and also of the snow, and it’s still snowing! I wish for snow here, lots and lots of it so everyone had an excuse not to drive anywhere and just make snowmen and go sledging.
There’s a chance we might get a white Christmas here which would be excellent! Enjoy the snow and drink lots of hot chocolate!

I thought it sounded wonderful. the lower voices were a perfect harmony. The soprano voice was clear and crisp. Just beautiful :) I know those butterflies will help in making the performance perfect. It has always helped me be a more careful singer. Break a leg!!!

Our show was on the 12th, and I’m waiting on the fellow who is digitizing the music for it. I might have something to share in a few days. There were a couple problems with the equipment though, so I’m not sure.
