Haiku is simple! It is 3 non-rhyming lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively (a great way to use your fingers!)

Hi there,
Just back today from my Africa trip which was so amazing! Just starting to catch up – so much to go through on my google reader – about 400 posts, great excuse to sit in my PJs with a cup of tea and my laptop! But I’ve got my priorities right though and got my Haiku in on time ;)

I KNOW! Our servers blew a disk and we had a full day of nonsense dealing with remote handlers getting the wrong disks, having to go back and get the right ones, yadda yadda… and then some putz cut through a fibre optic line somewhere with a back hoe and took out large numbers of ISPs in Canada and the States… I literally just got back online 5 mins ago. Eeeesh!!
Thanks for playing, and for putting up with the foolishness that has been my life the last 2 weeks ;) I swear I’m not the ditz I appear to be lately.
