hi; just checking all the 6-word Saturday entries; your girls are adorable! what joy they must bring you!
(read your other post about getting back into shape, etc. I always play around with 30-50 pounds, up an down. I’m on the down part (again) but this time I’m focusing on healthy eating so I don’t gain it back (again). Portion control, veggies, healthy proteins, and that dreaded exercise, but the good thing is even a 30-minute walk 5 times a week is a good start; grab the girls and take off exploring your neighborhoods; good luck with it, I know you can do it!!!)
