Haiku is simple! It is 3 non-rhyming lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively (a great way to use your fingers!)

In all fairness, the first Haiku was done with the help of my buddy Stu. …See ShaMoo…there are benefits going to Bryden’s after the Chorister’s practice. We missed you and hope (gleefully) that you turned in early tonight.
Snow on cedar bough.
Lightning strike rapidly flames.
Cool embers smoulder.
My old flame still calls.
Being married makes it wrong!
I tell her no way.
There’s a boy named jack.
Must quickly jump that candle.
Oo, now needs first aide.
Keyboard flaming hot.
Words spewing out rapidily.
Did she get in first?
She’s so flaming fast.
And so darn competitive!
Wonder if she won?
Truth soon uncovered
How flaming fast was she now?

Holy crap! You guys arrived within 20 seconds of each other! hahahaha! Too funny! You still won, Frankie – which, after what ShaMoo did to me tonight, is AWESOME!!!
Yep, Stu wrote it on a napkin tonight! Awesome. You can take credit for the rest of them though Frank!

Watching the ShaMoo / Knarf show weekly, now, has become quite the entertainment. Better continue to fan the flames of competition! Here are some offerings on this week’s word; you may notice an emerging theme . . . Must be spring!
Didn’t get it right.

Flaming mad, I am!

Expressions with clear meaning.
