The basics:
Haiku is simple! It is 3 non-rhyming lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively (a great way to use your fingers!)
This week’s theme is: Future
Errant dreams… far fetched
May come true, tho’ likely not
Keep moving forward

I hope this poem is not depressing. It’s not meant to be. It’s meant to show that life happens …that circumstances occur that will severely change our dreams or future. In essence, that a momentous event, or events, will upset the outcome of the ‘plans’ that got us to a specific point in our life’s journey… But also the poem is meant to show that life does go on …definitely in a different ‘planning’ direction …but still goes on. It’s what you make of it from that point on that will now count…
