I have had astigmatism since I was about 6 so had to wear glasses for all my school years. But since I was about 20 my astigmatisms have got better and better and one eye is totally fine now, the other is just slight, (this is weird they never told me it would get better!) I don’t wear my glasses at all anymore, in fact I don’t even know where they are at the moment!

When my eyesight does start to get worse again I’ll try for the surgery for sure, although I think I’d like them to do one eye at a time, just in case! We don’t really take the time to appreciate our vision very often.

Good luck with the surgery, I’d say it’s worth it.

Sweetheart, no laser surgery or other vision enhancing apparatus is going to help you if I decide to pay you a visit. ;)

I had lasic done for my vision far away years ago and have never ever regretted it. It was 2K at the time for both eyes. I have to longer wear contacts or glasses, except that old age is creeping in and I do need glasses to see close up. It's the best thing I ever did. Well one of the best.
